Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the purchase button, you submit a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order via email confirmation or dispatch of the goods.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Additional shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

5. Production and Delivery

All items are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Production times and delivery estimates are provided on the product page.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


8. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages.


9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.


10. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If the customer is a consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.


11. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
