The Process
1. Tell Us About Your Idea
Send a message through the contact form with as much detail as possible. Sketches, photographs, reference images, mood boards, and even unfinished thoughts are welcome.
Please also include your approximate budget. This helps us recommend suitable materials, stones, and design options from the beginning.
2. Discussion & Proposal
Within 48 hours, we will discuss possibilities, materials, pricing, and timelines.
3. Design & Production
Once the design is approved, your piece is handcrafted individually. Depending on complexity, production typically requires 3 to 8 weeks.
4. Delivery
Your finished piece is carefully packaged and shipped to you.
