Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further information regarding the right of withdrawal can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, in accordance with § 312g(2) No. 1 BGB.

Where applicable, such exclusion will be indicated on the respective product page.

Made-to-Order Items

All pieces are individually produced after an order is placed.

As each item is manufactured specifically for the customer, production begins shortly after purchase. Orders may therefore only be canceled prior to the commencement of production.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care in the production and quality control of every piece. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

your order number;
a description of the issue; and
clear photographs where possible.

Upon review, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund where appropriate at no additional cost to you.
